natural break at just the right spot. Of
course, even cut they are going to be great!

You shouldn't cut them. You should hold them with two hands and snap the ends, one at a time. At least that's what Jamie Oliver taught. :P

We actually did snap them off. We always do it that way. My Grandpa was an asparagus farmer so they knew the best ways to cook it and eat it. :)
