- Ours was a generous gift from Grandma Juani when we bought the house as we had no fridge. When we get a new one (I swear I will not have babies until we do) then I want to keep this in the garage for Mountain Dew.

- I didn't used to cook at home - pretty much ever - so a small fridge was OK. Now that we are cooking at home and may or may not have baby on the way (twiddles thumbs), we'll have to see. A basement deep freeze sounds real good. Though we don't have the electrical outlets for that... Sigh. - webchicken
- Regular fridge items+a couple leftovers+drinks=really not enough room for my bento to chill at night. But I cram it in there somehow, usually.

- I had been thinking of ways to cover the decidedly etched glass pantry door since we moved in. I thought about black board paint but decided against it. K8, your mantelpiece totally made me love it and seeing blue socks' wall just confirmed it even more.
