AGAIN! AGAIN!

AGAIN! AGAIN!

It's fun driving through puddles (and Anna & I can't decide which photo we like best)!

THE WETTEST DROUGHT IN HISTORY

THE WETTEST DROUGHT IN HISTORY

My LAM (Little Agricultural Machine) being driven by my beautiful wife (who's a wee bit shorter than me, so is sitting VERY low in my car) through one of the huge puddles that so typify this drought.

Number plate blurred in photoshop to protect the innocent.

SNAKES IN THE GRASS

SNAKES IN THE GRASS

I happened across some wild snakeshead fritillaries on a run the other day, in their "natural" habitat (uncultivated Thames Valley flood meadows in Oxfordshire).
A nice surprise.

THE SURN OF GADD

THE SURN OF GADD

Well... it is Easter weekend after all, so a little homage to very possibly the worst line in cinema history (for many, many reasons) (John Wayne in George Stevens' 1965 epic, "The greatest story ever told").

Photo taken at dawn this morning, from the local little owl field.
