Sunday night Snack
Oh Yum!
These are Herb Encrusted Ribs!!!!!
To see a much better version of these please see Mikes version: Mikes Herb Encrusted ribs
I owe this idea and recipe to Another Pint Please
Mike is basically someone that the chefs at Food Network probably call
for ideas and advice from. He is awesome!
I have been personally BBQ'ing for a long time and have truly enjoyed
it more and more over the years, A few years back when I sold my last
house I had to part with my gas grill as one of the contingencies of
selling the house which went along with the rotisserie kit! I didn't
care so much about losing the rotis kit as I found it much cheaper to
simply buy the BBQ'd whole chicken from my local market. However,
after seeing Mikes video I immediately (within 24 hours) bought a
rotis kit for my current grill and went to the market for ribs and
herbs.
How was the taste? Let me put it this way!!!! ~~ Both my wife and son are pretty picky eaters. Both of them didn't even talk while eating as they were trying to distract me from looking at the plate so they could steal the rest. Yes People I feel like a new person as I finally brought some new life to the kitchen.
DO NOT be scared to try these they are awesome. My son didn't even ask for BBQ sauce! He ate them as is!
To Mike: Thanks a million!
