War Against the Zombies

This is the second scenario in a four-part arc. In this situation, the military is set to re-take the downtown area of Mendelbaum city from the Zombies. There were three teams: the National Guard; the Police; and a Top Secret Federal Agency code names: Task Force Z.E.B.R.A. ("zombie emergency bio-terror response agency" -- thanks to Asa for the acronym).
