I adored the movie “Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead” thoroughly and wholeheartedly, and tell everyone who will stand still long enough about the wonder that is FSND! In the film, Joe Cross and Phil Staples drink this green miracle juice all the time. I made a couple- a changes.

1 head of celery
1 bunch of chard (or 1 bunch of spinach or kale, if you prefer)
1 cucumber
3 Fuji apples or 4 small Gala apples
1 lemon (peeled)
1 knob of ginger
