2011

2011 was a year of big change for the Fast family: I turned down an offer to move to Tokyo just a couple weeks before the March 11th disaster. Instead, I started a side business and grew a beard after a 7 stitch bike accident that occurred during while riding into a typhoon. Rie went back to work for the first time since the girls were born. The girls continue to excel at everything they try be it sports, arts & crafts, modeling and even performing on stage. Nina even played Moses in her school's Xmas pageant. We have been extremely fortunate this year, while others not far away have suffered greatly. In 2012, we'll try to live as best we can and keep everyone in our thoughts.
