      Spent many a summer in there with my Grandfather.

      Note the roundhouse (?) next to the main office.

      Is that the 36 story Republic Bank Building that's under construction? Can't think of any other skyscraper being built at that time.

      Yes, I believe it is. It's also strange to see downtown without I-30 going thru it.

      This is a gem of a shot, with the old Sears building, now South Side on Lamar. No convention center either.
