swedish modern ceramic fish dish

I found this dish at a flea market but I haven't been able to find much info on it.

The fish painting reminds me slightly of Swedish modern designers Olle Eksell and Stig Lindberg.

Anyone have any details on this piece?

I love the mustard-yellow with that icy blue - if that doesn't scream 1963, I don't know what does. :)

It's very nice... does it say anything on the back? My wife (who collects ceramics) suggests 1950s, but doesn't recognize it immediately...

Hi, it looks early 1960s in style and has an Italian look to it in my opinion - are there any markings at all on the base? You might want to try posting it up for ID on www.20thCenturyForum.com - one of our members might know.
