Prague is a beautiful, well-preserved city. I was lucky enough to have some great weather in June ... the castle and surrounding area were just beautifully lit. that is Charles Bridge over the Vltava River in the foreground

I pretty much hate night time city landscapes in reflection from water, theve been done to death. (just a personal dislike, nothing against you) But the overhead sky is breathtaking, I'm a sucker for a good cloud cover!

Beautiful scene captured at just the right moment.
Looking at the full size version, I think that intentionally underexposing the shot a tiny bit may have given you a slightly better definition (supposing you were using a tripod).
In any case: a wonderful shot!

This is a great photograph. The skyline, the illuminated castle and the relfection off the river is superb. My only critique is to crop a little bit from the bottom of the photograph.

One of the things that make it stand out from the "regular" night shots of such cities, is that it is not really a night shot, but more of a 'dusk shot': it's not entirely dark, so you still have those pink colours in the sky, and those distinct clouds.
I also really like the two levels of reflections. I agree with Zenex: you could play around a bit with the cropping. Maybe a bit off the bottom up to the reflected top of the castle, or maybe even more, to make the picture start with the main reflection. That will probably look quite different.
And/or the half-lit building off the left, to put the caste in a more "excentric" position within the frame.
