Both my heels are causing me pain currently so limited walks , this
place is close to the car park but still uncomfortable but so worth it
and life is short !!!

I feel bad about the pain you are enduring David and am amazed that you can still capture such beautiful images while in that condition. You are right life is too short and we have to grab every oportuinty to suck the marrow out of it while we are able. We all tlive on this beautiful planet for a blink of an eye and we have to keep them open for as long as we can.

I like the lead in rocks. The glows and reflections off of them from the oranges to the grays. The shadows bring out the textures nicely.

I have that in my right foot, mainly in the arch to the heel. 1st steps each morning are so painful. Ibugel has become my best friend!
Good luck with beating it. I hear stretching your archillies is the key?! Calf raises & what I call dunces corner stretch works well (stood facing a wall with your toes on the skirting board, leaning into the wall to stretch the heel-archillies-calf tendons.
Painful.

PF is terrible and can go on for years if not treated right. My BF could hardly walk for a year until he tried a different GP (who is keen on physio and cracking bones back into place, but also loves to wield a knife if given half a chance!) who showed him a few stretches that he did religiously 3 times a day and he was completely cured in 2-3 weeks! Just as well as his not being able to run made him unbearable!
