Korean Sweet Drink Sikhye

    My first and then second try at making sikhye, twice within 24 hours... I like to drink it very very cold. It's refreshing and delicious.

      Thanks also to my friend Nate who lent me his [teeny] rice cooker which works well --without it I would have no way to slowly ferment the drink.

      Sikhye is delicious any time even in cold days; I can only imagine it would taste absolutely refreshing in warm summer days.
