      You can hand hold that and still get great shots of birds in flight? Very impressive. After a few minutes, I'd probably topple over completely exhausted :-)

      Hi Steve, thats quite a setup. It is admirable that you can handhold this rig and get the wonderful clear shots of Peregrines and other birds that you do. I get a sore elbow just from carrying my D300, Nikkor 300 f2.8 in the field.
