- UPDATE: this has not happened however I have been eating healthier/and losing weight
- UPDATE: Haven't lost that much but I have lost 10 pounds - if I followed number one I'm sure I could lose 20-25 :)
- UPDATE: I'm happy to say that I have cut down on the junk food! Which is probably why I've lost weight!
- UPDATE: I had a very successful practicum - it was a very difficult class...however I graduated recently with my Education Degree!
- UPDATE: I have learned to take one day as it comes (Which I am VERY happy about...) I'm not looking too far into the future, nor am I upset/holding onto the past. All I can deal with is the now, I can't deal with what "might" happen down the road :)
- UPDATE: This has not really gotten better *laughs* I wish that it had..its hard when both parties work full time where do you find the time? Man oh man...you parents out there I take my hats off to you...
- UPDATE: I've just been taking more pictures...Haven't learned anything new etc.

A small piece of advice, add variety to your exercise plan. Changing activity not only helps you enjoy exercise more, it may encourage you to keep exercising while others still doing the same-old-same-old drop out. Summer is a great time to add new physical activities, outdoors or inside, to boost your interest and keep your exercise engine going.

thanks everyone for your comments :)
Captain Malcom - Thanks :) I will definetly keep that in mind! I have a treadmill at home, and I want to get some weights. Therefore, I can't make any excuses that I can't go work out because everything is here....:)

Two more ways to make exercising fun:
1. Measure, Don’t Weigh
The scale can be the worst factor when it comes to motivation. You may be working hard, but your weight just stays the same. Part of the reason may be that you are adding muscle while losing fat. Another reason is that it just takes time and changes in your diet to lose substantial weight. So stop looking at the scale every day; instead, take some measurements.
2. Relax
At the end of exercise (after you “cool down”), give yourself 5 minutes of relaxation. Just lie down on your back and let your body sink into the floor. Close your eyes. Relax. Feel the effects of exercise in your body. Look forward to the deep relaxation that can come after physical activity. You may find that you start exercising just to experience this feeling.
Have fun exercising :)
