Another conversion

    North 25th and East Franklin Streets

    The original rambling commercial space on the corner is being converted to apartments (or condos?), while an addition is being built on the adjacent vacant lot. The work was looking not too exciting till the scythe-shaped joists went up over the addition.

      Would love to see any information on this place, prior to the work that was done? I purchase done of these condos and I'm always fascinated by the history of older buildings. I can't seem to find much about it though. Not sure if it was ever much more than a storage space for the box factory???
