Questionable taste

Venable and Mosby Streets

I saw this sign being painted over today. They are painting around the "Big John's Grill / Sign of Good Taste" part, but the rest is gone. This picture was a drive-by shot, one for the archive till I could go back and shoot it properly. Like with a wide angle lens so you could see more than half of it, for example.

    It should be illegal to paint over the historic signs. Well, maybe not, but there should be a review process.

    I agree. I wonder if historic districts protect commercial properties the same way they do residences.
