East End Theater
North 25th and East Clay Streets

They've taken out almost all the seats, but a few remain. Seat springs are scattered all over the balcony.

(The East End Theater is yet another Richmond building being converted from a derelict hulk to something else.)

Yes, I have some on the blog from last summer: a picture of the facade from across the street, and of the sign from the side. Style Weekly has an article about the renovation (via).

Thanks for the links. I lived a knight's move away on Marshall St. for about six months when I first moved to Richmond in 1986. The theatre was derelict even then.
