• Blue folder is for "done, keep it for reference"
  • Red folder is for "Do it today!". I make sure it's empty before i go to bed every night.
  • Yellow folder is for sheets of papers that i can scribble on. usually on the back of my printouts (so many of them...)

Lifehack: Three color folders

I use "three-color folders" to get organized. Red , blue and yellow folders. Whenever anything needs to be done comes up(todo-list, print-outs from the web to read, etc.), i throw them in the Red. I use blank sheets of papers from Yellow to work, and use Blue to keep things for reference. At the end of day, i only needs to make sure that nothing left in the Red. I picked these vivid colors because it's easily recognizable in the bag.
