How do you unlock this scene?? says complete 7 quests and I've completed more than that recently. Guess I'm not sure what quests they're referring to. Holla!!

@Kush101: You need to follow all the instructions given in the quest circles that appear on the left side of the game screen. It may be a relic collection that you're missing (ie. the bamboo pandas) that must be placed in your garden. There's also a lantern tree that needs to be placed there too. If you've finished all the quests, these 2 items should be in your inventory.

I don't know how to figure out which quests I've missed. Getting this Taipai Tower unlocked is really making me feel stoopid, I've done and huge amount of quests since it came out and it's still locked with 6 of 7.
