When I was a kid I had some picture books by Richard Scarry, the characters were anthropomorphic animals and almost always included a pig eating a hotdog (and I don't think we had all-beef hotdogs in the 70s, if you know what I mean). Had to create a replacement shelf for the fridge, made it out of cardstock.

Haha! I remember those books. It was a cartoon for a while too. I never made the connection to the irony of that image until you pointed it out to me. That is quite funny.
