The third annual Earthday update. Earthday 2012 was a foggy day where the sun came out just a little bit in the early afternoon. The system nevertheless produced twice the power I need. I had a conversation about this on Google+ with someone from northern Europe who was amazed about the efficiency despite adverse conditions. On G+, hundreds of people posted "Happy Earthday" pictures of kittens and dandelions, and the #earthday topic trended all day long... Not sure this is what makes The Earth sustainably happy, but every little bit counts.
