Arrival at Glasgow International
This Air Arran ATR-72-202 taxies in after landing at Glasgow International Airport (EGPF).
Visible in the distance is the Titan Crane. This is now a visitor attraction where it is possible to ride a lift to the top for views over the West End of greater Glasgow.
To save fuel the pilots are in the process of shutting down the number one engine for the remainder of their taxy to stand. The number two engine is often kept running on stand with the propeller locked to proved electrical power. This is called 'hotel' mode.

I'm not sure where this flight originated. Didn't check the Airport systems or listen to the R/T. Sorry.
