   Hey, thanks! I set up a program in Processing to grab images from my web cam and output them to the screen; each frame is subtracted from the previous frame on an ongoing basis, just as if you were creating an endless stack of layers in Photoshop, each one set to Subtract or Difference, or whatever they call it.

   Does that make sense?

   It makes perfect sense, just not sure how to actually accomplish it phsically. Did you write a program or di the subtracting manually?
