torchplay 1

    I took this lot back in early February, before my old computer broke, and only just found the folder with them in!

    It was a fun night experimenting with a torch in the darkness, time and motion and self-portraiture. I might do something similar again some time.

      Cutter - looong exposure (16 seconds - relatively narrow aperture and low ISO to avoid overexposure), bright LED torch circling my body in an otherwise very dark room. The others in this set were created very similarly.

      Sarah - thankyou! I was really pleased with this set (of which there are more which I'll probably upload later), gutted to somehow misplace them in a folder helpfully named 100SCAM, so relieved to find them at last last week! :)

      Ed, Marina - yeah, it is sort of like a sci-fi-ish painting effect, isn't it?

      Maakx - thanks, but um, that animation is really quite annoying so I'm going to have to decline the invitation.
