In a Field of Wildflowers...

After Darren and I decided we could no longer feel our toes after shooting star trails and standing in the snow, Darren suggested we check out Rowena Crest for the sunrise.

While exploring in the predawn light we found this nice field of Grass Widows - which I think work well with the orange sky that showed up.

This is a digital blending of two exposures, about 3 stops off of each other. Not HDR, but more like a digital grad ND filter.
