Taken near the corner of 18th and Market Streets on a busy Monday morning. Rain over the weekend prevented a clear blue sky on this day. Also, it was indeed very cold during the day.

Excellent composition. I normally prefer deep blue skies, but the more subtle shades are perfect for this photo.
