      In either case this kind of behavior can not be condoned. This should be taken care of now. It would be very easy to find out if the child is being medicated. If she missed her medication then the parents should be held responsible for her behavior. If she does not have a disorder then the child should be removed from the home until both the parents and child get help. Many children are learning this behavior in the home. Their parents were raised in a permissive home morphing into the me generation. Most do not have any regard for those who they come into contact. OH foolish me, I just remembered that you can't do that to me as I am an individual and entitled to act the way I choose because America is a free country. I might remind all that we are free to act in a manner that does not impinge upon or harm another person.
