      Indeed the original image was shot in full daylight - the moon and dark sky, stars and mist are all additional layers onto a desaturated and darkened image!

      Interesting Eileen - you can go after dark, there are evening events (very crowded and people herded into event areas only), meals and celebrations in the Fairfax Hall and there are some Holiday Cottages you can let just for a couple of nights..... Most evenings it closes as it gets dark so if you're quick and don't mind walking back to the car park in the dark it's OK!!
