    I like the mysterious quality this has with the light only showing part of the girl, this also enhances the texture and folds of her clothing. I find the highlights in the background distracting and perhaps you could have cloned them out to complete the overall low key approach?

    Oddly enough, for me a great element in this photo is the ribbons from the ballerina's shoes. What a great touch that is!
