Udon fail! 40:365

    I found this recipe on a website and it looked so good. It sounded warm and comforting. It looked so fresh and simple. Well, I must have taken a wrong turn somewhere, because it was none of those things! The broth was dark and odd tasting. The veggie were ok. It was really a sad yucky meal. =P

      - I don't think I'll be trying it again. It really was bad.
      - It doesn't look awful, it tasted surprisingly off putting though.

      Aww, it's too bad it didn't turn out well. The udon looks really good! I'm always afraid to cook soups and broths at home. Mine never seem to go right.
