The initial basis of this work was 5 digital 'lights', red, orange, yellow, green and blue... pointed at the center, and arrayed at 72° angles.
I worked with the digital equivalent of wave interference. The result was pleasing, i thought and i've made many works in this series from modifications of that base. I'm rather fond of the unplanned similarity to the background of Looney Toons credits sequences.
I' haven't printed any of these yet, but i confess i hope i can do so in a way that makes them (also) function like 'black-light' posters. Oh dear, i've said the 'P' word. Well, limited edition; signed & numbered Black-Light Prints. Better?
