Ponts : Le premier pont (le pont des Sapeurs) fut construit en 1827.
Il demeura en place jusqu'en 1912, mais fut modifié lorsqu'un autre
pont, le pont Dufferin, fut construit en 1872. Ce dernier reliait les
rues Wellington et Rideau. Les deux ponts formaient un triangle
traversant le canal Rideau. Ils demeurèrent en place jusqu'en 1902,
lorsqu'on construisit le pont Plaza. Ce nouveau pont reliait les trois
rues précédemment accessibles par les ponts des Sapeurs et Dufferin.
