i think i'm not pretty good at shooting landscape shots. this is like my second attempt at uploading something like this on flickr. i hope i don't get flamed for this being a bad shot.

promises in his shelter

when we're weighed down and lack the strength, the hope to carry on, we run to him for shelter and seek the many promises he has for us. love, joy peace, patience, kindness, goodness,faithfulness and self-control. just some of the fruits and the promises we have in him.

the original shot that i took is as seen below. i was just looking at the photo and i toyed with the idea of creating this effect. but unfortunately, was not able to do so due to my lack of skills with photoshop. a friend of mine, woon tianyong was kind enough to teach me in producing this effect. although my attempt didn't come out too well, he corrected what mistakes were made and helped produced this. enjoy this shot!
