      interesting quotation. yet immediately i think of picasso's guernica, which gave a more concrete and tangible illustration of the visceral horror of war than any "straight" piece of art could
      as for this, well, there is a lot of great detail beneath these overarching blues, particularly in the distorted and truncated reflections
