Erica ~ The Golden Nature Girl
Erica wanted some unique photos for her senior year.
Here we matched her sun dress outfit with mother nature.
Her pure beauty was enhanced by the flowers and the golden sun we had in the back ground..
the flower bundle was just a perfect touch as with the wind kicking up just right.
lighting was a speed light camera left for her slight rim, and the front was an Alienbee 1600 with beauty dish..

This looks fantastic, great seperation of her from the background- the supplemental lighting really enhances this! Last year I was primarily using a large reflector for fill, but this is far more sophisticated! I really like the results and appreciate your detailed explination of how it was setup!

@ Everybody ! thanks guys.. and ladies.. lighting is so important to me and my images.. "Lighting will make or break your photo" is my motto..
all the little things i have learned from my experience..
when you get to a set:
1. look at the scene and does it match what you had envisioned?
2. engineer the light and shape the light to the desired envisioned image
3. take your time with the composition...(don't rush and get it over - double check your photos right there and then)
4. show your subject the lcd.. show excitement to develop confidence and energy for the next shot
