they are both good photos separately, but when I looked at it I could tell immediately that they were overlayed images.... Unless thats the look you were going for....

Well Goddamn. I thought that by the lighting on the models, its brighter than their surrondings. I guess Im not used to looking at photos shot with a camera like a 5d mark II. My bad lol

haha.. no problems 3v4ngray..
that look i get is very popular with strobist..
mostly on all strobist photos.. there are 2 exposures going on at the same time..
one the shutter speeds for ambient light..
two the flash for the subject light..
ha ha.. seriously not a problem..

i used portraiture on very low settings just to give it a smoothing effect and i blended in that layer with the original to my likings
