The saturated door right in the center serves as the fulcrum and throws this picture out of balance, in my opinion. If you can't change the crop to give more weight to the right side (by extending it further to the right) then maybe taking a lot of the saturation out of the door would help? I don't know, I like the picture, but the door takes way too much attention from the crazy penuins...

Glintuder, maybe you are right., maybe not.
This picture was cropped a lot of times, and I think that this is the best result.(It was very difficutl to give an apcettable crop bacause the wall of this factory is really strange!).
I think that the colours are ok, and the saturation too!
