Sorry for the slightly dull photo, but I wanted to post something a little more light and cheerful for today - I took better ones but they're a bit moody.
Anyway I've just realised it's been a year since I got Flickr, and I just wanted to say thank you to every single person who has taken the time to view, favourite and comment on my photos, it really means a lot to me. Thank you for your kind words, support and that bit of faith that I never had in myself. I never knew strangers could be so wonderful!
A few people in particular spring to mind that have given me such support, joy and inspiration - although pretty much everyone on here gives such things, they gave me that nudge I needed in the beginning to keep going and help me believe that I'm sort of going in the right direction. So thank you, Ariane, Eva, Öykü, Kristy, Vaclav, Regina and Caio, so so much. If you don't know these guys (they are tagged), be sure to check them out, they are so talented and just a joy to visit.
