050212: Snow Ice Cream

    A snow day, and still I work.

    Every Sunday I pop a 'find' on my FB page and today's was how to make ice cream from snow... yes, really!

    Lots of fun in the snow today, the children are both getting more resilient, even if they aren't any more sensible in the cold.

    Today I also made Moussaka, which every time I say it I have to call 'Moussaka-KA'. Small things give me joy. 4 plates cleaned is another one of them.
