Romania - Constanța - Dusk at the Frozen Black Sea Coast
Constanța is the oldest extant city in Romania, founded around 600 BC. The city is located in the Dobruja region of Romania, on the Black Sea coast. It is the capital of Constanța County and the largest city in the region.
European cold snap has brought delayed trains and flights, closed roads and houses buried under several feet of snow. However, despite all those bad things, the cold also brought some amazing photo opportunities. And the best one is the recently frozen Black Sea. Here is the remaining ice on shores of Black Sea in Constanta port.
