France - Paris - Place de la Concorde - Fontaine de la Concorde - Fontaine des Fleuves - Fountain of River Commerce and Navigation

The Fontaines de la Concorde are two monumental fountains located in the Place de la Concorde in the center of Paris. They were designed by Jacques Ignace Hittorff, and completed in 1840 during the reign of King Louis-Philippe. The south fountain commemorates the maritime commerce and industry of France, and the north fountain commemorates navigation and commerce on the rivers of France.

I know - one of the most photographed places in Paris, but who could resist not taking one... (well, which place in Paris is not overphotographed anyway..)

Very nice work, Lucie. I really like the darker sky in this. Still a hint of blue hour, but not a super-saturated blue. The steel blue is a wonderful background for the fountain streams.
