So guess what happened... I somehow got my lens to not work anymore. I
had the zoom stuck between 70 and 55mm. And now I had to send it to
Sony and hopefully get it back in 2 weeks... This is really tough. I
cursed a whole lot.
Maybe the photo shop can lend me a lens over the weekend, but else I
don't have a camera to photograph with.
So I got my dad's old analog camera and I'll see if I can get some
alright photos with that one... It's really hard because it's so old
and I'm used to digital cameras...
Oh well, I'll see how it works out ;)

Sorry to hear about your lens, but I do hope the problem will get solved soon! Love the focus and the sepia tone too! The bug reminds me of the little cockroach that crawled up my leg just awhile ago though =\

@shaff: well I'd really love to. Just the cam itself was expensive enough... I think I'll save for a lens with fixed focal length... and I'll get my lens back in two weeks anyway. I'll survive until then hopefully ^^

wirkt schön warm durch das braun, mein Englisch ist leider unter aller Sa.. deine Kamera ist putt? hab ich das richtig verstanden und das bei dem Wetter, wünsche dir das alles zu deiner Zufriedenheit läuft !!!

hope your lens gets fixed quickly! Hey maybe it will be cool to use an analogue camera for a while, you never know could get a different effect or something!

sah erst aus wie ein pferd....jetzt aber habe ich verstanden worum es sich handelt...das bokeh ist sehr gelungen....die richtung in die der kleine kerl marschiert ist super...klasse aufnahme...

@mtroppa: ja genau. das objektiv klemmt zwisachen 70 und 55mm -.- ich habs einschicken lassen und hoffentlich bekomm ich es in zwei wochen wieder...
@rebo!nka: it's my lamp actually ^^ it's made of metal and glass-pieces between the metal parts.

Geez, that bites... My sympathies. Hopefully you should get that lens back soon, and then take some more awesome shots! :)
Y'know, I'm not sure if it was intended, but the mood here feels slightly post-apocalyptic- Like the scorched, burning aftermath of a great disaster, the bug is a good representative of what's left remaining: all human life wiped out, just the small things left hanging in the wind...
Try listening to this, see what I mean. Of course, you may not agree with my take on this, but anyways, this is a seriously cool shot Sophia, everything here just works, I can't fault it. :)
By the way, have you seen the links to the movie I sent you yet?
