   LOL!! I honestly can't imagine giving a mouse a bath. Giving a rat a bath is hard enough. I had a wet, soapy rat on my head once. :D

   Oh, I give Thimble medicine twice a day! The ONE thing I have found to guarantee an easy time of it is to mix the dose in a baby spoon of soy mayo. No mouse on earth can resist mayo flavor. He gets Doxy twice a day and that's very bitter-tasting, but he comes running eagerly and grabs for that spoon with the soy mayo on it and licks it dry. Just make sure the meds are not of a flavor that would go nasty-tasting with mayo, like candy or fruit flavor. A compounding pharmacy mixes the Doxy in peanut oil and apparently that goes well with the mayo taste. I use a butter knife to scoop out a tiny bit of mayo, a blob smaller than a dime, put it in a small, soft plastic baby spoon (can get them at the drug store cheap), drop the meds on the blob with a dosing syringe and mix it up, then give him his "treat" twice a day. I also have to bring another spoonful (no Doxy in) for the girls so they don;t hog his meds. :D

   Ah that sounds like a good idea, a few years ago I had a mouse who we had to try and get the dosing syringe in his mouth, so we had to try and hold him belly up and open his mouth, and it went all over him! He licked it all off so hopefull he got enough :P
