      I have bipolar disorder, so the image is a bit disconcerting... but you did a great job with it, and captured at least two of the many mood states that a bipolar person can experience. People with bipolar can in fact experience both those states at the same time.

      The term "bipolar" is somewhat controversial among those who have the illness, as it tends to over-simplify the illness. Bipolar disorder (also known as Manic Depression) is extremely complex and is not simply an up/down illness. It kills a great number of people each year due to suicide.

      Yes I know, while I don't have bipolar or know a lot about it, I do know that it's not simply black and white. It was more an image associated with the disorder, rather than making a 100% accurate representation.

      I was diagnosed as bipolar a few years ago, and anything that gets people talking about or thinking about is a good thing. it's a good thing for art to do.
