    I'm surprised at how many of these I've read. One of the candidates for the local city council here recently had to answer 'yes' on the question "have you ever been involved in a lawsuit". Apparently while the candidate was serving on the local school board a parent sued the school board over the inclusion of Mark Twain's Huckleberry Fin in the english curriculum. The case was dismissed.
