Sovereign's Entrance
A view down from Victoria Tower on to the Sovereign's Entrance of the Palace of Westminster. At the State Opening of the Parliament, a palace worker looks down the hole to see the exact moment the Queen enters the palace. He then signals a colleague to raise the Royal Standard on the tower's flagstaff
