Assateague & Chincoteague

Chincoteague Refuge (Maryland /
Virginia).
My first and only trip was Fall 2008 for around 5 days. I went to Assateague 6 times, and Chincotegue twice.
I've blogged a half dozen photos here that I didn't post to flickr yet.
During my first trip all the way out here (eastern shore / ocean city area) I took around 1900 photos. A few hundred might be exposures for HDRS, and the rest are mostly single shots of wildlife. The ponies were great, as were the variety of birds I'd never seen before (like the Tricolored Herons or the Little Blue Herons).
