Golden-Headed Lion Tamarin

Another of the Golden-Headed Lion Tamarins at the US National Zoo.

For some reason my previous posts of these guys from this day are now my two most viewed photos of all time (over 10,000 views each in first 10 days) photo1 and photo2.

Between dirty glass, reflections, low light, and the speed at which they move, these little critters are difficult to capture. You have done a great job with them!

They are quick! Nice shot! The glass enclosures in the mammal house at the zoo we went to was filthy dirty and smeared bad. It was rather discusting!

great shot. i'm guessing the first two got so much traffic because a large number of people may mistake the photos for evidence of extra-terrestrial life. i mean, you have to admit... this guy looks sort of like an alien emperor.
