Skyline Drive, Va

    Fall 2007.

I just got a new laptop (dell inspiron 1525). If this image looks very different in regards to brightness, shadow details, etc, let me know. This is a fresh edit (3 shot hdr) and looks ok to me. updated I replaced the original version with a brighter one...

BTW, Kris Kros is active again in case you missed it...

In general on the new screen everything looks brighter and bluer now...

to me, there is way too much black in the bushes... although i'm on a Lenovo t61 with no calibrator.

i'm not sure that HDR is the best way to test?

I think you are way darker than usual, Jon.

A little brighter. I'm going by the brightness of your other Skyline drive photos. They really pop but this one does not. Is it a natural difference?

WOW! I really have to start playing with HDR, your HDR shots just absolutely blow me away with color. You have certainly mastered this.

The replacement is better. Brighter with more detail in the shadows.

      Nice.

The saturation is really high on my calibrated CRT monitor. I've also this problem with my notebook LCD, although I've calibrated it too. But if you know how you've to edit it with the notebook to make pictures looking good on a calibrated monitor, it's OK ...
