   ISO 1600 !! Looks v good.. what are the noise levels like at larger image sizes..I would love to see this image at 100% / 300dpi etc.. BTW, does the D300 produce images that are natively 300dpi ?? My D200 seems to max out at 240dpi. A very fine shot.

    This seems to be your favorite eagle, and I can understand why, great shot. I'm surprised you didn't have any noise problems with ISO 1600.
